Open an operation in a single form
Date, agency, pick-up point, route, vehicle group, flight number, passenger count and pricing live in one form. Hotel and passenger details sit on the second tab, so the record is finished in one pass.
Tie a vehicle to an agency by date range
Which plate worked for which agency, and between which dates, stays on record. Entry and exit dates keep the full history of every vehicle.
Assign a driver to a vehicle
Define the plate and driver pairing with a start and end date. The list shows which driver is on which vehicle, and when.
Follow flights as they change
Filter arrivals and departures by airline. Scheduled and estimated times sit next to live statuses such as “last baggage” or “counter open”, all in one list.
Assign a vehicle and a driver
Open the jobs for the day, pick the right vehicle and driver, and assign them. Route, agency, flight number and meeting point stay on the same screen.
Never miss a date
Keep insurance, traffic, inspection and seat-insurance dates in a single table. Upcoming and expired dates highlight themselves in colour.
